Product Guide

• Purchased Crisps belong to the account used at checkout and cannot be transferred to another account or refunded for cash.
• Pack bonuses apply only to the first purchase of that pack in the current season and refresh when a new season starts.
• Crisps are deducted when early access is purchased, and any remaining balance can be kept for later use.
• If service usage has started with Crisps, refunds for that usage may be restricted.
